Warranty
If you experience a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace the item under the terms of our warranty.
- Luggage is covered by a 5-year warranty from the original date of purchase.
- All other MiaMily products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the original purchase date.
If a luggage component is defective, we’ll send a replacement part free of charge with installation instructions. If repair isn’t possible, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to ship the luggage back to us and we’ll ship a replacement luggage. Please note that limited edition, discontinued, or out-of-stock items may not be available — in these cases, we will substitute with the closest match available. All replacement decisions are made at MiaMily’s discretion.
What Our Warranty Doesn’t Cover:
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or airline mishandling
- Cosmetic wear from normal use (scratches, scuffs, color changes, etc.)
- Fabric tears from normal wear and tear
- Claims deemed dishonest or fraudulent

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will not refund products that have been used. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. It can take up to 7 days for credit to show up on your credit card.
