We currently ship to the United States, Europe, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and GCC countries. For customers outside these regions, please note that customs duties may apply and are not covered by MiaMily.

Important: There are many copycat products in the market — only the retailers listed on our “Where to Shop” page are authorized resellers of genuine MiaMily products.
Customs & Duties
If you're ordering from outside the US, European Union, UK, or Switzerland, you're responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local authorities.
MiaMily cannot predict or cover these fees, and we are not liable for additional charges at delivery.
If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, no refund will be issued.
Please note: customs taxes may range from 20–30% or more depending on your country.
Returns
We want you to love your MiaMily gear — but if it’s not quite right, you can return any brand-new, unused item within 60 days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus a $25 restocking fee. Please note that original shipping costs, shipping protection, and any duties or taxes on international orders are non-refundable.

The 60-day returns policy does not apply to used items - products must be unused, and be in their original condition and original packaging, and including all accessories and user manual. Luggage returns must have the TSA lock reset to code 000.
Used or improperly packaged returns will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued. We check every return.
Gift cards can be returned within 30 day of purchase date.
Exchanges
Need a different color? You may exchange your product within 60 days of purchase. The item must be unused and returned in original packaging. Customers are responsible for a $25 restocking fee.
